Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on research findings and insights to inform product development.
- Conduct focus groups and quantitative analysis to gather user feedback and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors.
- Participate in usability testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize user experience.
- Lead concept development workshops based on research insights and findings.
- Strong experience in ethnographic research and customer insights.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with web and software application design.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and analytics tools.
- Ability to prototype using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
