Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a supportive and informative experience throughout their recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Drive the development and execution of new candidate experience programs and recruitment initiatives to support scaling hiring needs.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, in a high volume scheduling environment.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to Recruiters.
- Comfortable with adopting and utilizing AI tools as part of daily workflow.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative emails.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in a startup environment or agile company, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Familiarity with the tech stack, including Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and other recruitment tools.
- Interest in AI safety and a commitment to ethical research and product development.
