QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while contributing to critical projects in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on big data systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business intelligence tools and reporting functionalities.
• Document testing processes and results to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Participate in Agile development processes to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.

Skills

• Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance, particularly with big data technologies such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Cognos and Tableau, with a preference for BusinessObjects and Microsoft BI.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
