Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on big data systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business intelligence tools and reporting functionalities.
- Document testing processes and results to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Participate in Agile development processes to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance, particularly with big data technologies such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Cognos and Tableau, with a preference for BusinessObjects and Microsoft BI.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Background in the healthcare domain, particularly with business intelligence reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to changing project requirements.
