Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution across multiple projects, ensuring readiness for launch.
- Define testing scope, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to implement test plans and resolve any defects.
- Track and manage defects, risks, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and mitigation efforts.
- Lead test events, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and documenting results effectively.
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular updates, escalating risks to leadership as necessary.
- Facilitate test review meetings and communicate next steps clearly to all parties involved.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in project management or testing, with a proven ability to coordinate efforts across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving alignment.
- Experience in system implementation, operations, or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with system validation and defect management processes.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
