Responsibilities

- Oversee planning and execution of large-scale implementations, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Manage project documentation, deliverables, and business flows while ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to communicate project details effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional interdependencies and improve processes for optimal performance.
- Monitor financials and represent project status to leadership and clients.
Skills
- 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- 2 years of client-facing experience with a strong ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in project management within healthcare or state Medicaid agencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) context.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
- Ability to facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
