Market Research Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a variety of surveys and online activities using the Qualtrics platform.
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand project needs and manage survey programming and analysis.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Manage owner communities, including panel and incentive management, and oversee survey deployment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Qualtrics, updating process documentation and supporting CX programs.

• Proven experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and create comprehensive reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
