Leave, Accommodations & Workers’ Compensation Administrator

Join a dynamic team as a Leave, Accommodations & Workers’ Compensation Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing employee leave and accommodation processes. Responsibilities

• Administer employee leave programs, including intake, eligibility assessment, and return-to-work coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave and accommodation requirements.
• Coordinate workplace accommodations from intake through implementation, collaborating with HR and legal teams.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims, including intake, reporting, and case administration.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness and confidentiality.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and support for leave and accommodation processes.
• Develop and deliver training related to leave and accommodation programs.
  
  
  

Skills

• Strong experience in administering leaves of absence and accommodations.
• Knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation concepts and policies.
• Experience partnering with third-party administrators and/or case management platforms (e.g., leave administrator and accommodations vendor).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with HRIS, case management tools, and Microsoft 365.
