Lead Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Product Owner to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our online banking solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the testing strategy for the online banking digital portal, ensuring alignment with product and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and rollout strategies for new features and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to design end-to-end test scenarios that reflect real customer journeys.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for production.
• Track and communicate testing progress, risks, and results to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to enhance product delivery processes.
• Analyze opportunities for test automation and recommend frameworks for continuous integration and deployment.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Lead in a digital environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and API fundamentals.
• Relevant certifications in Agile or project management.
