This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a product from the ground up, driving frontend architecture, and working closely with product and business stakeholders to shape the direction of the application.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and user interface development for a new Angular-based web platform, focusing on visibility and performance analytics.
- Drive frontend architecture, ensuring code quality and scalability from inception.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX/design, and business stakeholders in St. Paul to define and translate requirements.
- Set and enforce best practices and standards for frontend development processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, supporting team growth and success.
- Engage in system design, participate in sprint planning, and address performance challenges.
Skills
- Extensive experience in frontend development, particularly using Angular framework.
- Proven track record as a technical leader with a focus on architecture and code ownership.
- Solid experience in greenfield application development and API integrations.
- Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), and modern frontend practices.
- Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern development workflows, including SDLC and Git.
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and early-stage environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud computing environments.
- Knowledge in performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
- Experience developing data/analytics-driven applications.
