- Configure, deploy, and manage IT systems, including Windows PCs and servers.

- Handle IT service management tickets to ensure swift resolution of requests.
- Engage actively in training and compliance meetings related to IT and safety protocols.
- Support software applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, particularly with Windows operating systems.
- Strong grasp of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VOIP.
- Capability to lift and manage IT equipment, such as servers and workstations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure and Intune for cloud services and device management.
