Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for both PC and MAC environments, diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate on telecom and networking infrastructure repairs, liaising with the Network team for solutions.
- Play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining user accounts on platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Take charge of asset management, including inventory control and equipment decommissioning.
- Oversee AV setups for meetings, ensuring all systems function flawlessly.
- Be on standby for potential outages or urgent IT needs, sometimes outside of regular hours.
- Partake in departmental and client meetings to stay aligned with objectives and provide feedback and insights.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with both Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Proficient in administering user and group objects within Active Directory.
- Strong background in managing Office 365 and Exchange mailboxes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and adherence to processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Cisco IP phones and Call Manager support.
- Prior exposure to Office 365 and Windows server platform support.
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A , or equivalent credentials.
