Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of financial transaction management solutions.
- Design and document deployment processes to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes.
- Provide technical support for software upgrades and new projects, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and execute automated test plans to verify software functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to improve deployment practices and documentation.
- Offer Level 3 application support, including on-call duties, to resolve complex issues.
- Mentor team members and act as a technical consultant to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience with financial transaction management platforms.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Unix and related technical environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with retail payments processing software.
- Familiarity with AIX, Websphere, DB2, and MQ.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, and automated testing tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
