- Manage sales headcount and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to ensure accurate forecasts and actuals.
- Develop and present monthly and quarterly reviews of key metrics, including bookings, expenses, pipeline trends, and commission analysis.
- Forecast commissions cash flow and operational expenses, and conduct Budget vs Actual analyses.
- Provide senior management with ad hoc reporting and analysis to enhance business and financial performance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial tools such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, and Coupa.
- Background in managing headcount and conducting Budget vs Actual calls.
- Knowledge of sales bookings plans, expense plans, and sales headcount ratios.
