Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive financial data to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using data visualization tools.
- Assist FP&A and accounting teams with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Communicate complex data in simple terms to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Track financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes through data validation and reconciliation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business intelligence.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial systems like SAP.
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
