Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering change orders (ECOs), ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to processes.
- Conduct detailed reviews of ECO documentation, validating completeness and accuracy.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with buy-level traceability and manage bill of materials (BOM) structures.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare for change approval meetings and assess the impacts of changes on costs and timelines.
- Support the development of best practices and process documentation for engineering change management.
- Mentor team members on ECO workflows and promote a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in engineering change management or related fields in an electromechanical environment.
- Proficiency in Agile PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems.
- Strong understanding of engineering change workflows, BOM management, and revision control processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document clear and concise reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess change impacts effectively.
- Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD systems and their integration with PLM.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for product deployment across regions.
- Familiarity with supplier change request processes and manufacturing readiness frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
