Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams to foster best practices.
- Architect seamless integrations between AEM and other marketing technologies.
- Stay updated on AEM trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate on proposals and presentations to showcase AEM expertise.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards through thorough reviews.
Skills
- Over 10 years in software engineering with strong AEM expertise.
- Proven leadership in design and implementation of Adobe CQ and AEM modules.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong documentation skills for functional requirements and workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AEM cloud, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress.
- AI expertise and systems infrastructure experience.
