We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality audio-visual support and ensure seamless operation of conferencing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reliable operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to audio-visual systems and devices.
- Manage and respond to A/V incidents through the corporate ITSM.
- Package and deploy software for Zoom clients across multiple platforms.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure the readiness of equipment.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of A/V systems and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated A/V deployments.
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate A/V or technical support.
- Hands-on expertise with conferencing technologies and control systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS applications.
- Strong understanding of A/V signal flow and IP networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with broadcast technologies and advanced production tools.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting languages.
- Ability to run PowerShell commands and manage endpoint tools.
