Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative project teams to achieve client goals with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Develop strategic insights from data analysis to enhance client strategies and storytelling efforts.
- Create and conduct tailored training sessions to equip clients with analytics capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support analytics enablement.
- Adapt to evolving business challenges while ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Exceptional ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Adept at leading client discussions with a strategic, consultative approach.
- Strong storytelling capabilities backed by data interpretation.
- Experience in collaborative agency environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Adobe Tags and Real-Time CDP is advantageous.
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics are a plus.
- Background in training or mentoring team members can set you apart.
