Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team and clients to gather detailed requirements and design solutions in Microsoft 365.
- Provide expertise in developing solutions that meet business needs across various departments.
- Manage daily support and training for Microsoft 365 platforms to enhance user experience.
- Engage in migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365, ensuring seamless transition.
- Maintain productive relationships within the team and across the company for a positive work environment.
- Stay informed on the latest industry standards for Microsoft 365 to bring innovative solutions.
- Strong dedication to customer service and quality orientation.
- Proficiency in juggling priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective time management and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Nintex Workflow or similar tools.
- Knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML web technologies.
- Competence in Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
