Responsibilities
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing processes and develop metrics for performance measurement.
- Identify root causes of problems and align improvements with performance goals.
- Deliver presentations and training on process improvement techniques.
- Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct cost and benefit analyses to support project decisions.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485 or FDA Quality System Regulation.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in supporting complaint handling and quality management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in global or cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
