Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain operations and planning teams to identify pain points and develop use cases.
• Craft comprehensive business requirements that align with key supply chain planning principles.
• Implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility across processes.
• Work closely with IT to introduce new capabilities and manage smaller enhancement projects.
• Develop project documentation, including Business Process Flows and User Requirement Documents.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives.
• Investigate system issues and collaborate with IT and business users to implement solutions.
• Support key metrics and data analysis related to supply chain planning and operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with a collaborative and independent approach.

• Proven experience in supply chain planning and understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in planning software implementation.
• Ability to define business requirements and make compelling cases for application features.
• Experience in leading projects and creating detailed project-related documentation.

• Background in technical or supply chain-related fields with a BA/BS degree.
• Over seven years of experience in a business system analyst role within the supply chain or manufacturing domain.
• Strong analytical skills for supporting data analysis and metrics.
