Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and validate critical dependencies and Single Points of Failure (SPOFs).
- Assess risk exposure and business impact, guiding the evaluation of recovery strategies.
- Provide constructive challenges to existing business continuity plans, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Implement testing and validation standards, including scenario-based exercises to enhance plan effectiveness.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership decision-making.
- 9-10 years of experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or operational risk.
- Hands-on experience with Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
- Familiarity with resilience frameworks and standards such as ISO 22301, NIST, or similar.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, or ISO 22301.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
- Solution-focused mindset with the capacity to work independently under pressure.
