Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for product areas and lead a high-performing design team.
• Research global markets to identify emerging trends and competitive inspiration.
• Develop and advocate for innovative design concepts through presentations to internal leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product concepts from development to market.
• Partner with production and technical design teams to create detailed tech packs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Foster strong relationships with merchandising, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience.
