Associate Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Brand Manager to join our client''s marketing innovation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand strategy and support marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer research and analyze data to inform brand and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives both online and in-store.
• Track marketing spend and assist with budget analysis to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Prepare data-driven updates and recommendations for leadership based on brand performance.
• Support sales efforts by providing insights for customer presentations and promotional planning.

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or brand management within consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel) and techniques. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies, including eCommerce and digital media.
• Knowledge of syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, IRI, or Circana.
