Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple AI-related projects from conception to deployment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively devise mitigation strategies.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor project progress and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Deliver clear status reports to management, highlighting progress and resource needs.
- Advocate for best practices in project management while ensuring adherence to organizational goals.
- 5 years of project management experience, particularly in technical projects.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven expertise in managing projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies tailored to AI/ML development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and cloud platforms.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in a related field.
