Responsibilities
- Provide expert coaching and support to teams, leaders, and product delivery organizations in Agile methodologies.
- Guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams to enhance team effectiveness and Agile maturity.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the standardization of Agile practices, workflows, and metrics across the organization.
- Identify and address delivery risks and organizational impediments, implementing sustainable solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to promote Agile transformation goals.
- Drive improvements in delivery predictability, transparency, and team collaboration.
- Proven experience in Agile coaching and transformation support.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve organizational impediments.
- Experience in guiding teams towards continuous improvement.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and portfolio coordination.
- Background in leading cross-functional collaboration activities.
- Familiarity with Agile maturity initiatives and metrics.
