Field Technician: Residential Construction

Job duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Jobsite cleanup.
• Minor punch items. Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
• Reporting back to the Superintendents for larger items that subs will need to perform.
• Installing or upgrading equipment maintained by the company in various field locations, including permit boxes.
• Installation of tub and flooring protection to prevent damage.
• Running materials to and from job sites.
• Maintaining Daily Logs with information from each job site and monitoring schedule items.

Assisting supers with:

• Locking/unlocking houses as needed.
• Receiving delivered appliances and inspect for damages.
• Quality check work: performing CO and QC Checklists and documenting.
• Keeping the shop organized and clean.

• Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate reports about the repairs.
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
• Time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule.
• Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized while in the field and shop.
• Computer and technical skills to understand the equipment fully.
• Able to operate vehicles and machinery in a safe manner.
• Teamwork friendly with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Professional.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
