Responsibilities and Duties:
· Process e-commerce orders
· Tire return
· E-commerce bills
· UPS/FEDEX claim
· Office routine job and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual required: Mandarin / English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft word
- Strong excel skills with 2 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
