Role Description
The Commercial Real Estate and Business Broker will manage the full brokerage cycle, including sourcing new opportunities, prospecting business owners and property owners, qualifying buyers and tenants, marketing listings, negotiating deal terms, and managing transactions from initial contact through closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying commercial real estate and business acquisition opportunities, preparing property and business profiles, assisting with pricing strategies, reviewing financial information, coordinating buyer and seller communications, and supporting sales, leasing, and business brokerage transactions.
The broker will assist clients with commercial property sales and leasing, tenant representation, business sales, buyer representation, and acquisition opportunities. This role requires consistent client communication, CRM management, lead generation, confidentiality, and collaboration with internal teams, attorneys, lenders, accountants, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other transaction partners.
This is a full-time remote role for a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and wants to grow within both commercial real estate and business brokerage.
Qualifications
* Strong background or interest in Commercial Real Estate, Business Brokerage, Sales, M&A, or Investment Sales.
* Experience with prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
* Ability to communicate professionally with business owners, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and advisors.
* Understanding of lease negotiations, tenant representation, property sales, and commercial real estate fundamentals is preferred.
* Ability to review basic financial information, including profit and loss statements, revenue trends, cash flow, SDE, EBITDA, and valuation-related metrics.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
* High level of self-motivation, organization, discipline, and follow-through in a remote, performance-based environment.
* Experience using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, listing platforms, and virtual meeting platforms to generate and manage business.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business and financial information.
* Relevant real estate licensure as a broker or salesperson, in accordance with applicable state or regional regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required depending on experience.
