Brunswick Beaches RV Resort is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for two separate positions:
- Front Desk Associate
- Maintenance Team Member

Position 1: Front Desk AssociateResponsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Make and manage reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and local recommendations
- Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks
- Help ensure guests have an enjoyable stay
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
- Assist with landscaping, mowing, and site upkeep
- Address guest maintenance requests promptly
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Position 1: Front Desk Associate
- Must pass background check
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Position 2: Maintenance Team Member
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Basic maintenance, repair, or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
