PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST (PSS)
Hourly, 40 hours per week
The Program Support Specialist (PSS) assists the Director of Programs & Services (DPS) in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of agency programs through the collection, analysis, and reporting of data from program evaluations, consumer input, and operational systems. In addition, the PSS collaborates with others to identify service gaps and recommend quality improvement initiatives, coordinates designated support programs (including guardianship court reporting, consumer and family satisfaction surveys, and conflict resolution for persons receiving services), and serves as a system administrator for software systems used by the organization.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare reports to support service line monitoring, including coordinating the Program Information Report system, maintaining DHS Award Letters, and tracking scores that impact individualized rates.
- Coordinate communication and engagement efforts by gathering consumer and family/guardian input, creating and distributing Family Newsletters, and supporting committees or workgroups as needed.
- Manage systems related to accountability and compliance, including conflict resolution processes (with follow-up and data tracking) and guardianship court reporting (tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and submitting documentation).
- Oversee and support effective use of technology and data systems by administering key platforms (Quantum, Infinitec, CIRAS, HRST, ICAP) and assisting with service utilization and quality improvement data systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of all organizational, individual, and family information in accordance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associate Degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience or High School Diploma and eight (8) years of experience providing cross-functional support, project coordination or client services. Proof of education is required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have a broad understanding, willingness, and ability to learn/use agency software systems, demonstrate ability to collaborate with others to achieve outcomes, prepare and maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience providing cross-functional support, project coordination or client services. Proof of education is required.
- SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have a broad understanding, willingness, and ability to learn/use agency software systems, demonstrate ability to collaborate with others to achieve outcomes, prepare and maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
