- Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and provide regular analysis of sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
- Team Development: Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both FOH and BOH.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5–10 years of leadership experience in an upscale dining hospitality role.
- Expertise: Proven track record in financial acumen, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Aloha POS.

Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
