Restaurant General Manager

A premier hospitality group in San Diego is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a world-class, high-volume operation in a polished environment. Position Responsibilities

• Oversee all nightly dinner services, managing a large front-of-house team.
• Drive total financial performance including labor costs, COGS, and expense control.
• Maintain impeccable room standards, including the precise management of lighting, music levels, and service pacing.
• Develop and mentor a management bench consisting of an AGM and floor managers.
• Partner with culinary and executive leadership to ensure a unified, high-energy dining experience.

Position Requirements

• Extensive experience as a General Manager in a polished dining environment.
• Experience with high-volume concepts of $10M or greater.
• Deep understanding of P&L statements and granular financial line items.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a large team.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of setting and living up to high expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a relentless, high-intensity atmosphere while maintaining professional composure.

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly paid potential of approximately $30,000 annually.
