Junior Recruiter

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary ($23-$24 per hour) Commission
Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with placements. Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job advertisements across platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
- Source and identify qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through placement
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide a positive experience
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
