Horizon Health in any Horizon location is seeking a full-time Risk Management Coordinator. The Risk Management Coordinator provides administrative, operational and organizational support to the Risk Management & Compliance Department and Horizon Health. This role is

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and coordination of OSHA and Emergency Preparedness efforts.
- Assist with Incident Management to ensure accurate documentation and investigation of reported incidents and compliance concerns.
- Coordinate with individuals to obtain and maintain necessary documentation, assist with verification completion, application completion, document tracking and other necessary tasks for Professional Credentialing.
