Horizon Federal Credit Union has created a new opportunity to join its dynamic organization, supporting its retail division as a Business Relationship Manager!
Reporting to the Chief Relationship Officer, this individual will serve as the ambassador of the credit union brand, leading areas of business banking, including lending, deposit accounts, merchant services, relationship management, and future products and services, with responsibility for generating commercial business.
The Manager will be responsible for the vision, leadership, delivery of exceptional service, and overall success of Horizon’s commercial department, including business accounts, loans, and services, while collaborating with the retail, marketing, and other divisional leaders within the organization to ensure success. Experience in effectively setting and monitoring objectives, goals, and strategies in conjunction with the overall business plan and the credit union's strategic direction is needed.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or comparable work experience with a minimum of two years of progressive leadership experience within a financial institution, is required. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential to this role, as is knowledge of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations associated with delivering business banking loans, accounts, and services.
