What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a licensed school-age program
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Horizon policies
- Supervise, mentor, and support program staff
- Build positive relationships with children, families, school partners, and community stakeholders
- Plan and implement enriching educational and recreational experiences
- Maintain program records, enrollment information, and required documentation
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes child development and success
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with school-age children in an educational, childcare, or youth development setting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing requirements is a plus
