Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries using software like QuickBooks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and computerized systems for efficient task management.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for handling financial transactions is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
