Horizon Charter Schools is proud to offer expert Supervising Teachers as partners for our students and their families in their Independent Study journey. The ST provides virtual support throughout each learning period, reports attendance each learning period, guides curriculum and instruction, assigns and collects work using a Learning Management System (Google Classroom and or Buzz Learning,) and provides evaluation and general support as needed. Horizon Charter School currently accepts up to 10 years of experience and we are a CalSTRS/CalPERS employer. This position is a Hybrid-Remote and applicants must live within 50-60 miles of our 6 counties we serve.
