The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, scheduling, payments, email, scanning, client education, reservations and all other guest services. As a receptionist, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to help lead our team. Our ideal candidate is required to have a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Saturdays required
- Full time position requires 32-40 hours per week
- 10-hour shift Day shift
- Weekends as needed; every other required

Qualifications

This position requires you currently living in Arizona with a minimum of 2 years of
Veterinary Customer Service experience, (2 years Required)
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
