Little Critters Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services — for dogs, cats, and exotic pets alike. Little Critters Veterinary Hospital is a 3-doctor practice in Gilbert, AZ dedicated to providing exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets — a unique and rewarding combination you won't find at most general practices. Our 7-exam-room facility includes a dedicated comfort room, a state-of-the-art surgery suite, two dental stations with digital radiography, in-house IDEXX laboratory capabilities, ultrasound, endoscopy, ECG, laser therapy, and digital X-ray — giving our team the tools to practice genuinely advanced medicine every day.

Schedule And Compensation
- Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible 5 x 8 schedule, Monday–Friday with some Saturday half-day coverage. No on-call requirements.

- 1 years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
