The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing and collection processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, timely follow-up on outstanding balances, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesIssue and review invoices in accordance with client contracts and company policies.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
Maintain accurate records of all collections activity and client communication.
Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status.
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting) to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve billing and collection processes for greater efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Attention to Detail: Ensures all invoices and payment records are accurate and compliant.
