Senior Billing Analyst

We are looking for a Billing & Collections Analyst to join our Finance team.
The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing and collection processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, timely follow-up on outstanding balances, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

• Issue and review invoices in accordance with client contracts and company policies.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.

• Maintain accurate records of all collections activity and client communication.

• Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting) to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve billing and collection processes for greater efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4-7 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Attention to Detail: Ensures all invoices and payment records are accurate and compliant.

• Problem Solving: Quickly identifies and resolves billing or collection issues.
