Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responds to telephone and email for RMA.
- Inputs and maintains customer order information (e.g. sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, inbound, outbound, purchase req etc.); prints reports. Open box for urgent incoming parts when needed.
- Be able to work with warehouse, cleanroom, sale and HORIBA staff regarding dissemination of status information.
- Generates appropriate sales order and shipping documents, corrects billing discrepancies; resolves incorrect term and condition issues with customers.
- Train and support on ServiceMax and customer websites.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years of customer experience and SAP billing experience preferred.
- Basic Math skills required. Good PC skills – Excel knowledge of basic format
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
