Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Reno, NV office.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepares correspondence, quotes, proposals, expense reports, and other reports for management.
- Answers telephones; assists callers and relays messages.
- Coordinates travel with local & foreign engineering staff, conference room set up, and meals when necessary for executives and company visitors/ customers.
- Helps with yearly departmental budgeting tasks, compiling monthly spend reports, capital asset tracking with help from finance dept.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Requires working knowledge of administrative duties and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to accurately reproduce and distribute routine correspondence, quotes, proposals and reports.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, good verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of two years’ related experience preferred.
- 2-4 year college degree encouraged (AA, AS, BA, BS), but not mandatory.
