After reviewing blueprints, shop travelers, and operation sheets, you set up equipment to operate at optimum efficiency. You reliably conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluid levels and dressing regulating wheels. As you operate the grinders, you are attentive to how well they're performing. A mechanically minded problem solver, you quickly fix minor malfunctions.Committed to producing parts that conform exactly to specifications, you measure, examine, and test completed components using precision instruments. You keep careful records and accurately perform data entry tasks for each job. You're proud of the quality of work you do, and you eagerly assist supervisors with the training of other team members.
