Opportunity (Full-Time): International SOF Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) – J3-I Plans & Operations Branch
Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking two (2) International SOF Support SMEs to support the Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role supports J3-I Plans & Operations efforts focused on partner nation SOF coordination, multinational operational synchronization, and integration of partner nation capabilities into USSOCOM planning processes.
Location: On-site support at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL, with CONUS and OCONUS travel as required in support of the SOF enterprise.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program such as the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC), Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S), or another SOF component equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university
- 3 years of recent (within the last 7 years) regional experience as a member of a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) or Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) staff
- Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) course, Intermediate Development Course, or Senior Professional Military Education Course
- 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in an international SOF environment, such as assignment to a multinational SOF headquarters (e.g., NATO SOF HQ) or GCC coalition coordination center
- Experience with Foreign Disclosure and working with international partner information exchanges
- Current DoW Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access
