Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an International Engagement Support SME to support the Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role supports multinational engagement planning, executive-level coordination, international conference support, and partner nation integration efforts across the global SOF enterprise.
Location: On-site support at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL, with CONUS and OCONUS travel as required in support of the SOF enterprise.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, or other social sciences
- 5 years of experience using marketing or communication skills, both written and oral, including preparation of written products for senior leaders (General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level)
- Demonstrated executive writing skills
- 1 year of experience in a multinational environment. Experience may include military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or another U.S. Government agency environment
- Desired: Basic language proficiency (1/1 basic conversation/writing) in a Romance or European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or other)
- Experience as an event planner for executive-level conferences and engagements
- Experience in the use of social media analytic tools
- Ability to organize complex inter-governmental events for 500 personnel
- Current DoW Secret clearance and eligibility for SECRET access
