Duties
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, ensuring engaging learning experiences for children across various age groups
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to grow program offerings, enhance educational quality, and improve operational efficiency
- Manage budgets effectively, including overseeing expenditures, fundraising efforts, and resource allocation to support center goals
- Supervise teaching staff and administrative personnel through regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing, special education law, and school legal requirements
- Oversee personnel management in education settings, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and transparent communication
- Maintain high standards of instructional leadership in education by supporting teachers’ classroom practices and implementing best teaching strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within a K-12 or early childhood setting
- Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience with young children
- Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with fundraising expertise
- Demonstrated senior leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing personnel in educational environments
- Familiarity with school legal knowledge including special education law and licensing requirements for childcare centers
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate vision and policies to staff, families, and community members
- Experience in school administrative roles such as school director or similar leadership positions within early childhood or K-12 education settings
