Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Home Health Aide Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just fill roles, but overcomes the challenges of getting potential caregivers through the application process, builds recruiting pipelines, and keeps hiring operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and caregivers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Develop creative strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes
• Partner with operations to understand staffing gaps and solve them quickly
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of office or administrative experience (healthcare or recruiting preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills—you anticipate issues and act fast
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring needs
• Experience with Indeed or other job boards is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
