Direct Support Professional - Part Time & PRN Hours Available Supporting Youth Or Adults

Hopes Promise Respite is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support participants in Monmouth County and surrounding areas. The right candidates will be ready to bring their skills where they're needed to support children with developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day—helping individuals live more independently, engage in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with those you support
• Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in every interaction
• Plan and implement activities at home and at community locations
• Maintain the safety of those you support
• Maintain accurate records including any safety or behavioral issues
• Maintain compliance with all program standards

Qualifications:

• Available Saturdays and/or Sundays on a consistent basis
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering others
• Experience supporting people individual/developmental disabilities and behaviors
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
